About the Event

Please join us for a virtual introduction to CIL!

CIL is a nonprofit real estate developer founded in the 70’s by disability rights advocates and home and community-based service providers who recognized that people thrive best when they have a place to call home.

For over 40 years, CIL has partnered with service providers to care for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and enable the independent living, support, and services they need to be fully engaged in their communities. CIL has developed more than 800 community-integrated homes, acquiring properties, and building or renovating them for individual needs. Lessee agencies are not required to contribute any equity towards the development. Upon the end of the lease term, CIL donates the property to the lessee agency.

In this presentation, CIL will provide an overview of who we work with and the services we provide.
