As many of you know, PA State Rep. Frank Ryan and several other state legislators sent a letter to the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) addressing their concerns about Pennsylvania's unnecessarily restrictive policies regarding the types of settings it funds for individuals with disabilities and how these policies are preventing many individuals from choosing a setting that best meets their needs.
In its response, ODP made certain assertions about Together for Choice.
