Members Only Event: Q&A - CMS Letter on the HCBS Settings Rule

We are hosting a Q&A session to discuss the CMS letter to Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick regarding the scope of the home and community-based services (HCBS) settings rule.  The letter clarifies that the HCBS settings rule "does not prohibit funding in farmsteads, intentional communities, and campus settings."  It also clarifies that the rule does not impose a cap on the number of individuals receiving services in a setting.  Importantly, CMS reiterates that "the focus should be on the experience of the individuals in the setting."
